U13 AA Warriors Hold Warmth Night

The Moose Jaw U13 AA Warriors held a fundraiser at their Saturday evening game for the My Place program in partnership with the John Howard society, as well as schools within Moose Jaw.

The team asked family and friends to bring “warmth bundles” of socks/toques/scarves to the game.

The team also sold bundles by donation instead of 50/50 and the door entrance.

Drayson Sibernagel scored the Warriors “Warmth Goal” late into the second period, and over 100 warmth bundles hit the ice.

The team also collected over $200 for their donation.

Final score was 6-1 for the Broncos, but the Warriors walked away with smiles on their faces.
