Cement Work On Manitoba Street

Workers jackhammer out a median for replacement at the intersection of Manitoba Street E and 3rd Avenue NE on Monday afternoon

Work proceeds on the replacement of medians, gutters, sidewalks and curbs on Manitroba Street from 3rd Avenue NE to 3rd Avenue NW.

The work is take pace from May 27 to June 5 weather permitting/

The City would like to ask drivers to use caution as there are workers and equipment along or even on the roadway.

Traffic signage and barricades will be in place to assist with the project. Cones and barricades will be in place for two weeks to protect the new concrete while curing.

The City requests motorists to use caution and obey all signs and detours.
