The Mayor speaks about the history of democracy and how it was not just won by those who fought in wars but it is by its very nature, in order to survive, inclusive and something that everyone belongs to.

He speaks about the limitless potential for Moose Jaw and how if people and the Council works together the city can be a great place for everyone.
